Steamboat prepared with the aid of new food processor

In view of post gst price increases, I had purchased a few electrical appliance and this food processor came as a free gift. Last night's steamboat preparation was made so much easier with cutting and slicing done quite a bit by this kitchen aid. To think of the amount of time wasted before..I  would certainly recommend it. 

Chinese New Year reunion steamboat

This year we decided to have our steam boat together with a grill ala BBQ plaza style. In fact, we bought a new hot pot and griller just for this purpose. This significantly expanded the kind of ingredients that I had to prepare and enhanced the eating  experience substantially especially for my youngest son who relishes bacon and pork slices on the grill.
