Crepes

Always sweet and never savory for Kaemon. So it's Nutella and peanut butter with huge dollops of butterscotch and maple syrup. Fillings - opted for bananas and watermelon, that's all I had at that moment.

Home made Belgian Waffles

Made with our new waffle maker. The batter recipe that came with the waffle maker was good enough to produce waffles that are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The trick is in the corn flour:) . Leave it in for a whole longer if you want the waffles a tad browner.

English Breakfast

We had a three-day cottage stay in Melbourne, first time experience for the kids. The stay came with continental breakfast. But I thought I would make the family a hearty full English breakfast instead. With the wonderful meats and sausages available not to mention the inexpensive variety of mushrooms, breakfast was the meal to look forward to for everyone. Of course, the cold weather did much to work up an appetite.
