Teppanyaki

Good sauces and fresh meat is what makes a good teppanyaki. It's a colorful dish. We started with one round of beef teppanyaki, followed by chicken and pork. The last round was a hotchpotch of meats and seafood. The kids enjoyed putting in what they liked in the quantities they like as well as deciding the sauces to go with each. Not to mention the act of actually cooking it right at the table. A fun dinner, this one.
