Assam Fish Head Curry with Aubergines


Not a westerner's cup of tea seeing that you guys only do the fillet most of the time. But frankly, I'd eat the fish done this way anytime. As Malaysians would attest, a meal of Fish Head Curry isn't the cheapest these days with a small size fish head curry going for anything between RM50 - Rm60, depending on where you go. Pangkor Fish Head Curry used to be our favorite place until it got way to pricey. Now I make my own....equally if not more delicious..and at a fraction of the cost. Haha! As I said many times before, tough times require tough measures.
